The Brew
Flockin Ale is a traditionally brewed British beer with a North American twist. A smooth malty base comprising Maris Otter Pale and Dark Crystal malt are combined with North American Amarillo hops which give this beer a spicy edge with a rich citrus and floral balance. Flockin ale is hand crafted using 100% natural ingredients with pure Pennine spring water – unique in taste – a wolf in sheep’s clothing!
